I planned my East Coast trip with the organization Anna, and I can highly recommend them! The communication was super friendly and professional, and everything went absolutely smoothly. I have never experienced more professional customer service before. My friend and I wanted to book a camper, but every camper was already booked out unfortunately. Lina went way out of her way, even on her day off she called me & did everything in her power to get us a camper. Thank you so, so much for making this trip a reality. We owe you one! Thanks to ‘Time To Backpack,’ we had an amazing time in Australia! Communication was super easy and fast through messaging services. Due to the competent contact, we booked our campervan here. We were provided with several options, including all the relevant information, and received personal and in-depth advice. We were even given travel tips for our journey. A special thanks goes to Anna. Besides the already mentioned advice, she went far beyond the norm to help us when a problem arose during our trip. A level of service you won’t find anywhere else! With Time To Backpack it was super easy to find a very good van for our new zealand adventure, especially if you have no clue about cars and insurances! Especially our advisor Laura made it the simplest thing in the world for us and we would easily ask for her help again! We totally recommend it :)

We were really late and very spontaneous in deciding to rent a camper, so I could hardly find anything good online. When I requested an offer from Time to Backpack, Marie got back to me within a very short time and took care of finding something that fit our wishes for the desired period. Everything went very smoothly, and in the end it was even a bit cheaper than with other providers… definitely a recommendation! 😊

Time To Backpack were incredibly helpful and gave a great price for us when we were in a pinch. Another agency didn’t reply to us and the prices skyrocketed and we thought we’d have to change our preferences but Alina came through for us when we needed it most. I can’t suggest Time To Backpack or Alina more!

many thanks to time to backpack for their help with our booking. i have booked a van with them twice, in australia and new zealand. both times everything went great and we had a great trip. the team, especially anna, put together great deals and were always responsive to questions. they saved us a lot of work and we were able to rely on them. i would recommend anyone to choose this company and end up having an enjoyable trip :)
